Job Description
As a Lead Developer, you will work in one of the Scrum teams, where you will work on their VOD platform that is the engine behind products such as Videoland and Pathé Thuis. It is are a project-based company, so you will work on various other projects.
As a lead developer, you are the technical conscience of your team of developers and responsible for high-quality output, managing dependencies across disciplines, and aligning with the product, architecture, and sales. You have experience with leading task forces in projects with a focus on deadlines, and managing a team’s capabilities for sustainable success. You coach your members to excel in their respective domains and you can level with them easily while keeping an overview of longer-term objectives. You promote contemporary development practices while sourcing from your experience in proven technologies.
