Job Description

They work in 4 scrum teams that consist of frontend, backend and full-stack developers. Since the beginning of this year, they got a small but growing team of developers working abroad from Sri Lanka.

To make their software as accessible as possible, it is divided into an A, B, C version. This is an example of one of the projects you will be working on. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Technical Innovations: Collaborate on the development of user-centric features and enhancements, ensuring Rentman remains intuitive and efficient.
• User-Centric Approach: Engage with the team to collect user feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements for the software.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the iterative evolution of Rentman, aiding in its quest to empower event professionals worldwide.

Job Requirements

• Angular is your main Front-end framework to go with and have 5 years of work experience with it.
• Able to explain to others why you make certain choices
• SCSS using BEM methodology
• Experience in large scale environments
• Have worked with xomplex single page applications
• Compilation and bundling done by Webpack
• Websockets (NodeJS and SocketIO) to sync data between clients
• They work based on "Continuous integration" so their systems can be seperately run on different versions

Working Conditions

• Salary up to 80K a year
• Performance-based 13th month
