Role description
As a frontend developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our artist tools. You will work closely with both the front-end and back-end teams to build new product features and implement technical improvements. We have recently set up a new frontend application in Next.js, and your expertise will be invaluable in further optimizing and integrating this with our other tools.
You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing performance optimizations and working on projects that directly contribute to the growth and success of artists. We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also capable of leading a team and experienced in hiring new team members. You will work closely with the CMO/PO, CEO, and other key figures within the company, making communication skills and stakeholder management crucial in your role.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with TypeScript
- Extensive experience with modern frameworks and tools such as React, Next.js, Gatsby, TypeScript, Styled Components, GraphQL, and Node.js
- Self-motivated developer who enjoys teamwork
- Strong collaboration skills
- Passion for technology and attention to detail in solving complex problems
- Experience in building and leading a team is a significant plus
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus
- Experience or affinity with the music industry is a plus
