Job Description

As a Back-end Developer, you’ll be part of the DevOps team and involved in the entire development process. This means not only writing code but also contributing to architecture, performance, and scalability.

You’ll work in an international team of developers based in the Netherlands, Finland, Poland, and Spain. The company currently has 26 employees, including 10 developers, with plans to establish two development teams by the end of the year.

At our partner company, you’ll have plenty of freedom and responsibility. Your opinion matters, and you’ll have the space to bring your own style and vision to the products you work on. There are also ample learning and growth opportunities.

What Will You Do?

• Further develop the payment platform in Salesforce using PHP and Laravel.
• Collaborate with the product team to determine technical and functional requirements.
• Assist in creating test plans for quality control.
• Contribute to scaling the platform.
• Stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a back-end developer, preferably in a product environment.
• Extensive knowledge of PHP and Laravel, with an understanding of SOLID principles.
• Experience with APIs and integrations in a scalable application.
• Familiar with DevOps processes, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills – you think strategically and proactively.
• Curious and eager to learn – you stay updated on new technologies and innovations.
• Independent and responsible – you take initiative and contribute to improvements.
