Job description
As a Senior Frontend Developer on this EdTech platform, you'll be an integral part of our ambitious international team. Your role involves shaping innovative web applications and apps for professional education. With the merger of two industry leaders and their aspiration to be Europe's premier EdTech platform, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online learning.
Your responsibilities encompass building top-tier solutions that seamlessly cater to various industries' needs. Your proficiency in modern technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (particularly React) and other relevant tools will empower you to craft user-friendly, cutting-edge web applications.
Beyond technical prowess, they seek a creative problem solver and a collaborative team player. You'll contribute actively to the design process, offering ideas that enrich our educational ecosystem and contribute to system enhancements. Your ability to write clean code and prioritize user experience and design are vital for delivering exceptional user interactions.
In essence, we're searching for someone deeply committed to advancing a centralized EdTech platform.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' professional experience in React
- A minimum of 4 years' professional experience in JavaScript
- Proficiency with APIs, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML, (S)CSS, REST, APIs, Node.js, and mobile-first design
- Experience with npm/yarn package management
- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and/or other compilation tools
- Strong analytical skills
- An innovative team player who embraces learning new trends and techniques
- Fluent spoken and written English
