Our partner is a FinTech based in the Netherlands that enables users to manage end-to-end payments on Salesforce with its native Salesforce application. While they reach Salesforce customers in almost every industry, their core focus is on the non-profit sector. Not only large players such as WWF, Unicef and Amnesty International are affiliated with our partner, but also smaller non-profit organizations such as Natuurmonumenten.
Job description
The company now consists of 26 people, of which 10 are developers. The goal is to have two teams by the end of the year. You will work in a DevOps team where you will be part of the entire development process. Because you continuously participate in all phases of the development cycle, you are aware of all the ins and outs. You also have a lot of freedom to express your own style and opinion about the products you work on; your vote matters. With our partner, there are many learning opportunities in many areas that will help you on your way to building a high-quality, purpose-driven product together with others on the team.
Your day-to-day
- Determine and define functional product and business needs and requirements as well as user stories in close collaboration with the Product team
- Write and deliver well designed, testable, efficient and high quality code
- Enable the Quality Assurance team to prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and specifications
- Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in your area of expertise
- Investigate alternative solutions and technologies to support improvements and present these for architectural review
Your accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, unit-tested solutions in close collaboration with QA and the product team.
- Ensure deliveries align with optimal outcomes for our product and customers, considering both short-term and long-term requirements.
- Actively contribute to improving their product.
Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a back-end developer and with running and maintaining applications. Bonus points if you have worked in a product organisation

Knowledge: Mastery of the technologies PHP and Laravel. Familiair with SOLID principles

Mastery: of the English language, both written and spoken
