As a Medior Back-end Developer, you will be a key player in the development team, serving as a supporting figure for two other software developers. Your expertise will drive the scoping of projects and product improvements, working closely with leading members of other business units to ensure the technical feasibility and agile development of new and ongoing initiatives.
Besides delivering exemplary code for your own projects, you will also be instrumental in maintaining an overview of our systems and agile working method. Your scope would include sprint planning and the ongoing improvement of our custom-built ERP system, B2B SaaS portal, and B2C WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities
- PHP/Laravel Development: Work on projects using PHP and Laravel, contributing to high-quality code and supporting the development team's overall output.
- Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members, offering support and sharing knowledge to solve challenges and ensure consistent project progress.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Assist other business units by providing technical expertise to help turn project concepts into functional solutions, focusing on feasibility and agile development.
- Sprint Participation: Contribute to sprint planning and execution within the scrum framework, ensuring your tasks are completed efficiently and supporting the team's overall goals.
Your Typical Day
- Team Collaboration: Participate actively in routine stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, contributing to clear communication and alignment within the team.
- Code Review and Development: Contribute to code reviews, offering constructive feedback and working on the development of high-quality software solutions alongside your peers.
- Task Management: Manage your own tasks and deadlines within project timelines, ensuring your contributions are completed on time and support the overall project scope.
- System Maintenance: Support the monitoring and maintenance of our ERP system, SaaS portal, and WordPress websites, helping to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in back-end development with PHP and Laravel.
- Familiarity or affinity with other frameworks such as Angular, WordPress and Vue.
- Are proficient in agile methodologies, with a focus on scrum.
- Are excellent communicators, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- Have a minimum English level of C1.
