Our partner provides a product that is useful for transport-related organizations, with a primary focus on road transport. Their in-house developed product (TMS, transport management system) ensures that customer needs are met. Our partner is committed to implementing the best available solutions for their clients and aims to double revenue in the coming years. Customer-centricity is at the core of their approach. All new features they develop are market-tested, with attention to factors like environmental zones and CO₂ emissions.

While our partner does not transport goods themselves, they enable others to do so. For example, they can integrate with external parties such as PostNL. Their software can manage invoicing and planning for clients. The first code was written in 1996, but the system has since been modernized with a robust architecture. The primary language within the organization is English. Our partner is an IND sponsor but does not recruit employees from abroad to work in the Netherlands (you must already reside in the Netherlands). They are looking for someone with an energetic mindset, someone with an opinion, who asks questions, and is curious.

Job Description

Our partner is looking for a Delphi Developer interested in modern programming. The development team consists of 10 people, including 6 Delphi Developers, with an average age between 25 and 55. You’ll be working in a friendly team with open communication lines, where everyone is ready to support one another and truly collaborate.

With knowledge of OO or SOLID principles, you’ll spend about 80% of your time writing code in Delphi (experience with Delphi is not required but is a plus). As a Delphi Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to the continuous development of their SaaS mainstream TMS application. Additionally, together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure they stay at the forefront of technology, helping them achieve their ambitions!

Job Requirements

• Ownership and a strong opinion
• Experience with (e.g., C#, Delphi, TypeScript)
• Experience with automated testing
• Familiarity with SOLID principles (or a desire to learn)
• Preferred skills: FD/DDD/CI/CD/GIT/Jenkins
• English-speaking

A salary up to €6,000 per month, depending on your experience, plus a well-tailored secondary benefits package:
