The logistics industry is one of the largest in the world, but many processes still rely on outdated systems. Our client is working to change that. Since 2018, they have been developing a cloud-based SaaS platform that makes global freight forwarding easier. Their software allows international clients to manage shipments more efficiently, faster, and fully digitally.
The development team is a small group of six highly skilled engineers, each bringing good expertise in building scalable and efficient software solutions. Together, they are shaping a cutting-edge platform that is redefining the freight forwarding industry. Their work goes beyond just writing code. They collaborate with logistics professionals to understand the challenges and develop solutions.
With an increasing number of international clients relying on the platform, the company keeps expanding. They’re now looking for a Fullstack Developer with more focus on the frontend. Your job is to help enhance and scale their solution, tackling technical challenges and contributing to the future of digital logistics.
What will you be doing?
As a Fullstack Vue Developer, you will play a role in advancing the core of the platform. You wil focus on the customer and operations portals that are transforming the freight forwarding industry. The majority of your work will involve hands-on development, with a small portion dedicated to operational tasks.
You will work with Vue.js on the frontend and a smal part with NestJS on the backend, building scalable, cloud-native applications designed for high performance and reliability. Your role will involve tackling technical challenges related to performance, stability and optimization. You will make sure that the users have a good experience.
What do you bring to the table?
This is the skillset you need to have:
- 3+ years experience as a Fullstack Developer
- Strong in TypeScript, Vue.js & GraphQL
- It would be a plus if you have knowledge about Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeORM
What will you get in return?
- A salary of up to 75K a year, based on your knowledge and experience
- The option to work mostly remote (in general 1 day per week at the office, but there is a lot of freedom)
- 25 vacation days per year based on a 40 hour work week
- 8% Holiday pay
- Full compensation of travelling expenses to work
- Option to work from home if you are living abroad in the EU
