Functie omschrijving

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you are the technical lead within a small, dedicated team. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing complex systems, working closely with front- and back-end developers and other departments to implement innovative technical solutions. You lead the agile methodology, oversee sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and closely monitor progress. With your expertise, you ensure high-quality standards through code reviews. You’ll be working with a tech stack that includes PHP, Laravel, and AWS.

Functie eisen

• At least 5 years of experience in back-end development with PHP and Laravel
• Willing to come to the office two days per week
• Knowledge of or affinity with frameworks such as Angular and Vue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and coach a development team
• Experience with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum
• Minimum English proficiency level of C1
