Functie omschrijving
As the new tech lead, you will be the connection between the Product Owner, coming for the client, and the development team. Your responsibilities will be:
- Guarding the standards: You will be the face of the company responsible for safeguarding and optimizing ongoing projects. You can mentor the team members and increase the quality of the product due to your prior experiences.
- Technical Design and Architecture: Your role will involve shaping and outlining the technical architecture of the software solutions. You'll be making critical technical choices in line with industry best practices. Your focus will be on crafting solutions that are both scalable and secure while optimizing efficiency.
- Making realistic decisions: The tech department is looking for a lead that is not afraid of sparring with a client. You answer technological questions and set realistic goals for the team. You can identify the requirements and out of prior experience set priorities.
They are seeking a social and technical lead who can contribute not only to project development but also to the overall strategy. Your deep technical expertise, ability to design scalable and robust systems, and passion for continuous improvement will help clients with their digital transformations. You will become a part of the team and will be responsible for answering the most complicated tech questions. You will get the space to develop your skills and become up-to-date with new technologies to improve the overall quality of the projects that you lead.
Tech Stack: .NET 6+, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Microservices. Docker, Kubernetes
Functie eisen
- 5+ years of development experience;
- 2+ years working as a Tech lead;
- Experience with the Microsoft or Java Tech stack;
- Knowledge about Azure cloud services.
