Behind the scenes, there is a complex IT environment, and they rely on this environment to ensure everything runs smoothly and keeps customers happy. With a team of around 7 people in the IT department, they aim for growth and strength.
That's why they are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to ensure everything continues to function smoothly.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a background in e-commerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage Jira and ongoing sprints, plan future development, gather and document stakeholder requirements, and handle various project management activities within the Scrum Agile framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage Jira for ongoing sprints and project tracking.
- Plan and prioritize development work with the development team.
- Gather and document clear and actionable requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in line with Scrum Agile methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
Requirements
- Over 3+ years of experience in technical project management
- Proficient in Jira for sprint and project tracking
- Skilled in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements
- Knowledgeable in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
- Fluent in English
- Located in the Netherlands, able to work without sponsorship
