The founder of this company is an experience Entrepreneur that has build and sold online-businesses. The way Social Media plays an integral part in advertising online businesses these days he saw an opportunity for the blockchain to cut out the middle man (Meta/Facebook) and bring ownership and control back to the creator.

It started out as a no-code platform to integrate the blockchain into Social Media profiles grew out to a link in bio solution used by Web3 Brands like Cyberkongz and Pixelmon but also innovative "old world" brands like Diesel.

What it does is very simple. As a brand or creator you add their solution to your bio and through the magic power of code you can sell, collaborate and buy through that link in one screen.

And this solution is currently reaching over 20M followers worldwide.

The Job

The current team consists of 7 people which is mostly engineering heavy. The Founder and CEO has a engineering background and he wants to free up his time to do more CEO stuff. In addition to this a leveling up in professional ways of working need to be made.

Currently there are no processes in place that are crucial to timely delivering of KPI's/Milestones so it will be your responsibility to bring a little corporate into the jungle.

You will:

– Develop and implement OKRs across various teams.

– Monitor tasks and deadlines, ensuring seamless collaboration.

– Implement and manage project management tools.

– Optimize corporate culture and communicate the company’s vision daily.

– Ensure and enhance team performance.

– Participate in recruitment and decision-making processes.

– Design and optimize business processes, ensuring compliance.

– Coordinate between different teams and lead regular meetings and reporting.

The Requirements

Proven experience as a COO in a startup environment or similar role project leading, with strong management and executional skills.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Web3 and crypto ecosystems.
Fluent in English, with bilingual proficiency preferred.
Proficient in tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Miro, and Slack.
Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment and build performance-oriented teams.
Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and drive company objectives.
