After successfully migrating our first tenant to a new multi-tenant platform, we’re now consolidating systems, standardizing infrastructure, and scaling across brands. You’ll join a technically mature, collaborative engineering team with a high bar for quality and autonomy.

Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, evolve, and own ReduCate’s AWS-based infrastructure. You’ll work in a greenfield environment with modern tooling, helping shape a scalable, secure, and reliable foundation for our growing SaaS ecosystem.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own and improve AWS-based infrastructure managed with Terraform

• Drive the evolution of our multi-tenant SaaS setup for scalability and security

• Maintain and expand CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Ensure reliable Docker usage across development, testing, and deployments

• Manage identity and access solutions (FusionAuth, Google)

• Implement and enhance observability (Sentry, CloudWatch)

• Champion security, privacy, and compliance best practices

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams

Terms of Employment

• Excellent salary up to 100K.
