DevOps Engineer – Own CI/CD for High-Stakes Crypto Systems

This crypto trading platform handles tens of thousands of daily transactions and is regulated by the Dutch central bank. The engineering culture is sharp, collaborative and ownership-driven. You’ll join a compact DevOps team (3 total) and work across infra, release tooling, and reliability.

The office near Schiphol-Rijk is well-equipped — gym, bar, creative spaces — and engineers typically work 3 days per week on-site.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll:

• Maintain and improve deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes (GKE)

• Ensure safe, fast and secure delivery across dev, staging and prod

• Collaborate with software teams to streamline releases

• Track system health and observability using Grafana/Prometheus

• Help evolve standards around security, uptime and config management

Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering

• Proficient with GCP and Kubernetes in production environments

• Solid experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.)

• Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills

• English fluency, Netherlands-based only (no relocation or visa support)
