Our client has specialized in improving fruit cultivation over the past few years. Their technology helps growers manage resources and crops more intelligently and sustainably. By using depth cameras and RTK-GPS, they install their advanced edge devices on tractors. This equipment scans trees in real-time to gather data, which is then used to dose the right amount of chemicals, monitor soil quality, and ensure uniform tree growth.

All software is developed in-house by a talented team of developers. The visualization platform, which turns collected data into user-friendly insights for growers, is a crucial part of their offering. This helps growers not only manage their crops better but also increase productivity and reduce their environmental impact. The focus of our client is entirely on software development for hardware they procure themselves. These innovative solutions are applied worldwide and deliver measurable results for growers in various climates.

Role description

As a Medior Frontend Developer, you will become the frontend expert within a team of 10 developers, divided into two scrum teams. You will work on the visualization platform that converts complex data streams into clear, visual dashboards. This platform helps growers worldwide make data-driven decisions. In addition to your frontend tasks, you will have the opportunity to delve into backend and DevOps tasks. Our client fosters a culture of learning and growth, and there is ample room for your innovative ideas and technical input.

You will work with React and TypeScript, and have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge of backend technologies such as Python. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage with cloud integrations and improve the efficiency of their platform. Requirements

You are a driven frontend developer with at least 3 years of experience in React and TypeScript, and you are looking for a new challenge within an innovative start-up. You don’t need to be an expert in backend or DevOps, but you are open to further developing those skills. What is most important is that you have a proactive attitude and a passion for technology.

Furthermore, you are:

• Residing in the Netherlands and legally authorized to work here

Employment conditions

• A salary between €4500 and €5300 gross per month
