Role description

As a Back-End TypeScript Developer within our client's organization, you will have an incredibly versatile role with a great deal of freedom and influence. At this moment there are nine other developers within this company. Your responsibilities will vary, including solving bugs that current clients encounter in their software, converting legacy code to the TypeScript stack where your expertise lies, and developing new features for both existing and new clients. Within this organization, you have the freedom to choose which tasks you want to focus on in the coming period. Developers in this organization have frequent contact with clients to ensure that their wishes are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a TypeScript developer.
• A BSc or MSc degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• Preference for agile work methods to achieve maximum results in small steps.
• Knowledge of automating and implementing recurring tasks in continuous integration and deployment systems.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and the ability to deliver high-quality code.
• Strong team player who maintains motivation.
• Fluent in English, residing in the Netherlands.
• Bonus points for experience with Node.JS, Docker, PHP, and AWS services.
