Their AI tool is made in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam.

How do I contribute?

You are more than a developer. You will need to understand why their assessments are made the way they are made. This requires flexibility. Besides that, you will take ownership of the SAAS platform, think along about the design, architecture and ensure that it works safely, reliably and properly.

In the end it is all about the user experience and the users should experience it as pleasantly as possible. In addition to the SaaS-platform, they also have several other applications and platforms. For example they have an application that makes it possible to continuously give 360 ​​degrees feedback. In this way, a company and its employees can indicate which competencies they find most important. This can be applied to the new employees. In this way, not only the company but also the employees are satisfied with the new employee selected based on the assessment.
