Job description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll take ownership of the core platform powering both the web and mobile applications. From architecture and database design to deployment and monitoring, you'll be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

One of the key aspects of this role is AI-native software development. Besides using AI coding assistants, you'll help improve engineering productivity by building AI agents, custom workflows, plugins and internal developer tooling.

Your responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js & TypeScript
• Develop robust APIs used by both web and mobile applications
• Design scalable databases and maintain data integrity
• Build software end-to-end, from architecture through production deployment
• Integrate third-party platforms and external services
• Develop AI agents, custom workflows and internal engineering tools
• Improve software quality, scalability and performance
• Help shape the technical direction of the engineering team

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience building modern software platforms from start to finish and who enjoys working with the latest AI-driven development practices.

Required

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (or another modern backend language)
• Proven experience building and deploying applications end-to-end
• Experience designing scalable APIs and database architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, autonomous coding workflows or custom AI tooling
• Strong ownership mentality and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English

Employment Conditions

• Salary between €7,000 and €10,000 gross per month, depending on experience
