AI Platform engineer

Build AI solutions that move beyond prototypes and into production. I'm looking for an AI Platform Engineer who enjoys building scalable AI platforms, production-grade ML systems and Generative AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

Company profile

You'll join an ambitious scale-up in the mobility and financial services sector that has made AI a strategic priority. The organisation is investing heavily in AI-powered automation, copilots, recommendation engines and autonomous AI agents.

Salary: €7,000 to €9,500 gross per month.

What you do

• Build and develop production-ready AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Design and implement Generative AI applications, LLM integrations and intelligent AI workflows.
• Build, deploy and maintain ML pipelines, including automated training, deployment and retraining.
• Monitor, optimise and improve the reliability, performance and lifecycle of AI models in production.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and contribute to the long-term AI architecture.

You'll collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, external AI partners and business stakeholders.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering or Platform Engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, cloud platforms and CI/CD.
• Experience building and operating production-grade AI solutions.
• Understanding of data engineering and API architecture.

Someone who enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies but also knows how to industrialise solutions, takes ownership and focuses on delivering real business value rather than research for the sake of research.
