Our partner is an international tech company that has been established for 15 years and is based in Dordrecht. The organization employs 85 people. They develop smart automation solutions for terminals, parking facilities, and logistics hubs. With their modular software platform, they automate processes such as container recognition, access control systems, and vehicle validation. Everything revolves around the connection between software and hardware—such as cameras, barriers, and sensors—to make processes safer, smarter, and more efficient. Their solutions are applied at the Maasvlakte, in the Port of Rotterdam, and in international warehousing.

Job Description

You will build smart, scalable solutions using technologies such as Entity Framework Core, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD processes. The team is looking for a backend or fullstack developer who contributes to both standard solutions and custom development. Work is done in an agile way, within scrum teams with plenty of personal input and flexible working hours. You will actively contribute to discussions on architecture and quality.

Within the organization, one day per week is spent at the office (Wednesdays). It is a flat project organization, where projects typically last between 3 months and 1 year. For this role, you can be either Dutch- or English-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex modules and functionalities

• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions

• Perform unit and integration testing, as well as code reviews

• Actively contribute to team processes and knowledge sharing

Tech Stack

• Backend: .NET (ASP.NET Core), Entity Framework Core, SQL

• Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS

• Other: Docker/Kubernetes (preferred), Keycloak (preferred), unit testing, CI/CD

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience
• Strong experience with .NET
• Experience with Vue.js or another frontend framework
• Eager to learn, strong communication skills, and a real team player
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
