Your Role:

Let's Engaige is growing fast, and we’re looking for a backend developer who can help scale, optimize, and professionalize our AI automation platform. If you love building high-performance systems, optimizing infrastructure, and working with cutting-edge AI technology, this is the role for you.

As a backend developer, you’ll design and build scalable backend services that integrate AI models into customer workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and DevOps specialists to refine cloud infrastructure, enhance system security, and streamline CI/CD pipelines. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of AI-driven customer service solutions.

What is required?

• Experience as a backend developer, working with Python, Go, or Golang
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
• Knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
• Strong understanding of scaling distributed systems and optimizing backend performance
• Proficiency in API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases, plus caching solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience integrating LLMs and AI-driven automation
• You live in the Netherlands and are legally authorized to work her
