Revenue grew from €10 million in 2022 to an expected €55 million in 2025, aiming to reach €100 million within a few years.

Technically, the platform operates on Laravel (PHP) and React, with a MySQL database hosted in a private cloud environment. The upcoming focus is on evolving towards a future-proof architecture: API-first, event-driven, scalable, and prepared for international expansion. Features include dynamic pricing, route optimization, self-billing, and mobile apps for both clients and carriers.

Job Description

As a Software Architect, you will be fully responsible for the platform's technical architecture. You will translate business goals into efficient software solutions and collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders to continuously improve our technology.

Your responsibilities:

• Designing and optimizing the software architecture.
• Collaborating with developers and product owners to establish and uphold technical guidelines.
• Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of our systems.
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies and frameworks.
• Guiding and coaching the development team in best practices and architectural principles.
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Integrating innovations within the existing architecture.
• Translating customer needs into technical roadmaps and priorities.

Job Requirements

Important to note! You will be among the first members of the in-house tech team and will be closely involved in hiring the entire development team.

• At least 10 years of experience in software development, including several years in an architectural role.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, cloud solutions, and APIs.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React is a significant advantage. Experience in other languages is also acceptable, but note that you will be working in a PHP environment.
• Familiarity with private clouds and VPS architecture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
• An innovative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
