Voor een groeiend Nederlands softwarebedrijf zoek ik een AI Engineer die software development, AI en product denken combineert. Het bedrijf heeft al een groeiende klantenbase en de eerste fase succesvol doorlopen, nu staat het aan het begin van een nieuwe groeiversnelling waarin de operationele basis verder geprofessionaliseerd wordt.
Wat ga je doen?
- Bouwen aan een bestaand AI product met Python en moderne AI technologie
- AI oplossingen beoordelen, verbeteren en production ready maken
- Nieuwe AI mogelijkheden vertalen naar concrete productfeatures
- Meedenken over architectuur en technische keuzes
- Zelfstandig technische vraagstukken oppakken
Functie eisen
- 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als software engineer
- Sterk in Python en backend (API's, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git)
- Ervaring met meerdere van: LLM's, AI-agents, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, speech-to-text, evaluatie van AI-output
- Je kunt kritisch beoordelen wat AI oplevert en technische keuzes onderbouwen
- Brede technische interesse, liever generalist dan specialist
- Je denkt verder dan alleen: "welke ticket moet ik bouwen?"
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Bruto maandsalaris tot €6.000
- Hybride werken, met kantoor in de regio Nijmegen
- 25 vakantiedagen en een jaarlijks opleidingsbudget
- Laptop, telefoon en een thuiswerkbudget
